What is noisy?
noisy is the parent company of the group bringing together noisySTUDIO, noisyVR and noisyART. It sets the direction, looks after our culture and coordinates capabilities so each specialism can develop.
Are these three brands or three companies?
noisy is the parent company's brand. noisySTUDIO and noisyVR are the brands of the operating companies; noisyART is the group's artistic exploration brand. The company contracting each assignment is identified in its documentation.
I already have a contract. Who should I speak to?
Have your proposal or contract to hand and speak to the person at noisy managing your project. We'll help you confirm the responsible company, the agreed terms and any details you need to update.
Which company should handle my project?
Spatial projects are developed by noisySTUDIO; content and virtual experiences by noisyVR. Where several specialisms are involved, the scope and contracting company are specified in the proposal. If you're not sure where to start, contact the group.
Which company should I invoice, and who handles payment?
Refer to the company named in the order or contract. Before issuing an invoice, confirm the legal company name, tax identification number and payment terms with our administration team. Include the order reference so we can identify it.
My project is under way. How can I get an answer?
Start with your usual contact and the project reference. If you need to confirm deadlines, deliverables or warranties, mention this in your enquiry so we can review the agreed terms with you.
How can I contact the group?
Email noisy@noisystudio.com or call +34 917 10 92 40. Our home is at Avda. Manuel Gutiérrez Mellado, 20, Villaviciosa de Odón, Madrid. If your enquiry concerns an ongoing assignment, include its reference.
I've received new payment details. How do I confirm them?
Before updating payment details, confirm the message with your usual contact or call +34 917 10 92 40. Have the order reference and the details you need to check to hand.
Who should I contact about an order?
Contact the person at noisy coordinating the assignment. If you don't have their details, email the group with the company name, project name and order reference.
Can we collaborate as another studio or specialist?
Yes. Tell us about the collaboration you have in mind, the capabilities you need or what you can contribute. noisyVR also develops content and technology for third parties. Each collaboration is considered according to its scope.
Does every project need all three specialisms?
Each project brings in the capabilities it needs. Our brands can work independently or together. The combination depends on the objective of the assignment.
Is there room for an idea that isn't a project yet?
Share an initial description with noisy. Original ideas and exploration have a place here; we'll discuss how yours might fit.
